Check in was quick and easy.
Upgraded to the ground floor Pool side room which I found very nice. The first floor rooms offer more privacy and overlook the pool.
The pool is huge and combines almost all rooms with plenty of space and privacy even at higher occupancies.
The food at Sala (Italian) restaurant was good and the pool bar food was okay. I can't really recommend the cocktails on the pool bar, they were just not nice.
There is a Kids Club which was well kept and the staff there was helpful and attentive.
The rooms were great, the bathtub holds a small family ;)
The staff overall was absolutely amazing, I was stung by a bee and immediately there were loads of people trying to help and assist, without me asking.. Everyone was very helpful and working hard to make it a great stay.
Breakfast is one of the best I've seen in any hotel.
I would recommend the Sheraton Hua Hin for anyone who is looking for a short all inclusive stay. For longer stays there is just not enough food outlets and activities to keep you occupied, unless you're a absolute Pool lover.
Most of the resort as well as the bathrooms are wheelchair accessible. There are Baby cots and bathroom anti slip mats available on request. More
