Good place for one day hike, waterfall is good only during the rainy season. So many local people are spending weekends there

little walk up the river valley to a great place to swim. The water is warm and it was one of the only places to swim. Make sure you have sandal that can get wet.

The best part of Lake Natron activities trip is hiking through the Rift Valley gorge for half hour, guided by Masai. Through spectacular scenery, crossing river and getting wet, clambering just a little, to arrive to this cool oasis for a swim and a picnic lunch on the rocks. It truly is an unforgettable experience. Almost anyone with any physical level could do this trip, as long as you go slowly and carefully. Make sure to take lots of water, a hat, kikoi, bathing suit and a sunscreen. We went with Ngare Sero -Lake Natron Camp guides and had a wonderful time.

To get to the waterfalls you will have to track in the water after a while. It can be slippery. Good tracking shoes are advisable to wear. Be prepared for a bit of climbing as well.
It might not be suitable for elderly people or if you are not in good shape. It might be difficult for small children.

Let us arrange half or full day walks up Engare Sero gorge to several waterfalls. The scenery is a unique blend of arid volcanic rocks and lush tropical palms. Wear shoes that can get wet. Take 2 litres of water and snacks
