As for Chef Sumith Silva,he was so nice as to adjust to our diets and we could enjoy nicely tailored delicatessen, a real treat for both the palate and the eyes.He knows how to perfectly blend Western and Asian flavors and spices.
He came personally to our table and we had a very interesting exchange of gastronomic thoughts. Very open and passionate, he's one of the most talented Chefs we have met so far.More
