I went there around end of Oct - early Nov. It was very cold and windy. please bring a scarf, glove a long if you are going there around this time too. It was a big place, very relaxing and great place for photo taking.

As you are walking around the tombs or museum you might as well visit here as well. We entered about 45 minutes before sunset and walked around the main west side of the pond taking pictures and enjoying the evening. By the end we walked around the east side and watched the sunset over the pond...stunning!

Worth the entrance ticket and visit. The light up structure is beautiful and the water in the still pond give a nice reflection.

Went there at night, it was chilling and windy. Good for a walk but I came same timing with the tour bus. So bit noisy and crowded. The pond at night was lighten up and reflected the building. It's beautiful however camera phone may not works well at night. So this was a place the king build to host important guest for feasting. Now only 3 buildings out of 5 have been restored. For more information, please watch the short video at the theatre room near to the entrance. You could choose language for the video. It is advisable to watch the video before starting your walk inside the pond.

although the remains left are really "remains" having a look at the reproduction gives you a better sense of the "palace" meaning at that time, a rest at the pavillion is a must (when the wind blows)
