Thats it the only thing good about this hotel is the view of the sea of Galilee. The hotel is untidy with broken furniture all around rooms are generally not clean and staff are not friendly. Dont expect anything that is clean in this hotel from plates to room are all the same. Plates for breakfast and dinner had chips on it and dont expect any help from anyone you will feel unwanted in this hotel

Room Tip: Book another hotel

Disgusting, dirty, worst place ever, breakfast disappointing. When we arrived we opened the window for a minute to get fresh air and immediately the room was bombarded with hundreds of mosquitoes. We reported this to the management and they said we should change rooms. So we went out to eat and we're gone for at least 2 hours. When we came back we took our bags and went to the new room. The bed wasn't made and we had to call again to have the room serviced.
The next day the breakfast was in a different room from where we were told to go. The food was terrible. Here is a view outside the window facing the sea.

Dont go there if you can avoid it. A pity that such a well located hotel is so disappointing. Run down place that could have been nice 40 years ago. We didn't even manage to get coffee for breakfast!!

This is an old hotel. the lobby and corridors are basically kept up, but the rooms need to be updated, especially the bathrooms. There are 2 wings to this hotel, one of which costs a bit more and has balconies with a view of the lake and the roof of another hotel further down the slope. The view is still good though. It is not located on the lake but further up the mountain and there is nothing of interest in the area. I would definitely not choose this location again and only was at this hotel as part of a wedding celebration. The room was dusty, the bathroom fixtures old and cracked and the TV had a will of its own suddenly going on at full volume by itself. I believe that their main business is derived by tour groups being housed there because of its cheap price. I was there in January and their pool was emptied of water. The room itself was a decent size and a coffeemaker and a refrigerator were provided. There was no in-room safe. My average rating would be poor except that I am considering that it costs much less than the lakeside hotels.
