Stayed at this hotel with family. The rooms are clean, the best part being the room was facing the sea of Galilee.

The food at the hotel was also good. the spreads during dinner and lunch were very good.

Overall a comfortable stay...

Room Tip: ask for rooms facing the sea of Galilee

Upon arrival for our tour in the Holy Land this was the first hotel that we stayed at. The room was a decent size with two beds. It even had a balcony. Our view of the sea of Galilee was worth its weigh in gold. The food was great...lots of it. We enjoyed walking to the sea. Nice place to stay

I've stayed here several times, some of the rooms are horrible- puddles and bathroom doors which don't shut, linens bad quality, and the conference rooms can be smelly with terrible AC issues. that said, the public space overlooking the sea of galilee is gorgeous, grab a table in the dining room overlooking the water and forget about everything else, if you are stuck here. the rooms are super complicated to understand how to navigate around, and the food buffet lacks proper serving utensils- so guests use their fingers to pick up pieces of cake, sliced fruit etc. the breakfast is what you pay for, but dinner can really be atrocious. the staff tries their best, but its a losing battle. there is free wi fi in the mini "lobby"so its always packed.

Room Tip: get into the building closer to the street- rooms are much better.

This hotel has long lost its previous glory. The swimming pool was empty and the general condition of the hotel was poor... it is in desperate need of paint, a propper cleaning and general maintenance. The room was stuffy, the hotel was dusty especially the tables in the dining room. The food was tasteless, fresh food was stale. Don't go there! You will be dissapointed.

I arrived at the hotel in the evening to rest and the next day I had a hard day of meetings.
Was above any expectations. The rooms were nice and clean, the front desk staff was friendly and helpful always smiling, the view over the Sea of Galilee and the Golan Heights fantastic. Lot of food was very good and delicious.
