Really aweful!
How a team of people can be so unprofessional???? It’s a challenge!!!
Cleaning team talking on the phone all the time, playing music loudly in the hallway, using same elevators than guests and not letting them going out, front desk unable to do anything right, barman deserves to be fired immediately (condescending behavior). Food was not really good, not fresh, cleaning people handing sponges then raw salads with bar hands in the buffet. Rooms are awful with traces of dark stains everywhere. Found chocolate on my pillow. Dirt everywhere.... bathroom is a joke about hygiene... the whole hotel seems to be broken. The employees are rude, and totally useless, using the guest facilities for their leisure. Total absence of managers. I think this is joke. Official Hotel pictures are photoshopped or have been taken yeeeeeaaaaars ago. A colleague found a fly in the orange juice tank this morning. And it’s not orange juice, it’s like the effervescent medication you can get at CVS. Really nothing deserving compliments. Stay away.

The room was modern, relatively spacious and clean, a balcony was a nice touch. The food in the restaurant was decent, and very convenient parking. The service was excellent. We did not have a chance to take advantage of the pool and sports facilities, but they looked like they add even more value. It was a quick stay, we left early the next morning for Ben Gurion, but that was also very convenient, 20 minutes at most.

Outstanding hotel especially if staying on the suite side. One and half bathrooms with separate sitting room and bedroom. Great lobby.
Rooms have hairdryers. Food for dinner and breakfast is fantastic. Close to airport but no noise whatsoever.

Sent here due to a flight delay and placed in a lovely room, but despite hotel website stating free wifi, we were charged a petty fee and told it did not apply to delays. This is the time when communication access was most important and it does not cost the hotel anything extra to provide. Very disappointed.

Good room, nice balcony breakfast was adequate, the swimming pool is a 3/4 minute walk away but looks very pleasant with sun beds and brollies all around. Out of the hotel turn right and passed the traffic lights about 300 yards from the hotel are local shops and eating places. The hotel is a little isolated but ok if you are just touring.

Room Tip: Pick a high floor for a bit more peace and quite.
