We enjoyed our stay at Mark House (the larger two bedroom part of the whole unit). The owners have taken great care to update the apartment with modern conveniences (the photos are actually a bit out of date - there have been positive improvements). The two bedrooms and the bathroom are fantastic with comfortable beds, fast working heating/AC, big satellite TV in both rooms and solid wifi. The kitchen is small but had everything we needed (anything missing was quickly provided).
The washer in the property works fine, but clothes take days to dry on the drying rack (at least during winter). You can do a google search to find a manual for the washer that is in English. The entrance area to the property, where there is a table, is comfortable, but it is outside (not heated). During the winter it is cold and thus eating dinner requires wearing coats (we got used to this).
Mark house is in two parts. One of the bedrooms has a separate entrance (it's more like a studio apartment).
Parking instructions were not given. Mark house is in the Old City (which is fabulous). The nearest parking is in a private lot (two lots side by side actually) on Paulus ha-shishi street, just north of 4084 Street. We were charged 50 shekels to park overnight. However the cheapest parking is just south of there in the new mall, in the car park beneath the mall (the mall has a McDonalds in it). Parking there is 25 shekels per day maximum and you can pay with card. Be aware that traffic jams are the norm in Nazareth - if you can manage without a car I would highly recommend it. Overall we had a great few days in Nazareth exploring the north of Israel.
