As we are house and cat sitting for a friend in this part of Jaffa, we have been trying out places we usually wouldn't get to, and decided to try Abrage. It seemed to be less touristy than other places in the square.
Lovely place, in a beautiful setting. We opened with cocktails, each had an appetizer, shared a pasta, and a humongous seafood platter. There is a good wine list, we each had a glass of local wine from the Tulip winery (very important and interesting one, check the net for cocktails). We are not dessert eaters, so finished with digestifs - good list for those too.
I have only 1.5 criticisms - the pasta was too cooked to our liking- that's the 1. The .5 is the slow service - had it been faster, we would have requested a fresh serving done al dente.
