There are half a dozen restaurants or eateries on the Herzlyia beach but this one is the one we like the most.
It is not the cheapest nor the most expensive, but the food is OK and the sitting area is large and offers several type of chairs, armchairs, sofa and even beds ...so you can choose according to your mood.
We were there several times, only in mornings to avoid the crowd at noon on sunny Fridays and of course all day long on July and August.
The service is correct, the waiters professional, not that fast but hey, if you're in a hurry don't go there ...
You're there to enjoy the sea, the wind (if you're lucky), the sun, the almost white sand, the cool'n easy music (bossa nova, if you're lucky) and essentially to take your time.
So if the waiters are somehow slow ... it's for the best 'cause you've got aaaall the time in the world.
It's not a place where you'll get the deal of your life nor the unforgettable culinary experience of your life, but it is the right place to feel like at Copacabana, or on one of the Riviera's famous beaches ... You see The Acadia Beach is without any doubt much more attractive than any of Tel Aviv's beaches ... Gordon, Tzuk, Mandarine, ... you name it ... they simply are not in the same league than Herzlyia's beach.

We have there drinks or coffees or even breakfast and always enjoy the time spent there.
I'd say it's a solid choice whenever you want to feel on vacation and thousands of miles from your work ... Just make sure to pick a sunny day otherwise it somehow would be a waste...
As I wrote, a solid 4 star rating.
