Arrived on a Saturday late morning before normal check-in times. Although the room was not ready, they gave me an access card to the business lounge and promised me that the room will be ready soon. It was a customer-focused act which I highly appreciated, as I was able to have a quick drink and snack. Indeed, the room became ready within 30 minutes. Unfortunately, I was given a room right next to the business lounge - the saving grace was that I had access to it throughout my stay. The slight negative thing about this room is that you hear the door banging each time anyone enters / leaves, and you can also hear conversations in the business lounge. As it was Shabbat, the restaurant was not open for lunch - thankfully I had access to the business lounge. Another slightly negative comment is the hefty price of dinner - 140 shekels (about USD40).
Other than that, my stay was very comfortable - they had a good spread for breakfast, I had access to the temporary gym for free (normally chargable), and the room was good-sized, and had all the amenities needed.
A strange thing about ordering a taxi in the morning - most mornings, the taxis will arrive within 5 minutes - one morning when we needed to be on time for meetings, it took close to 30 minutes before the taxi arrived.More
