Have used it now several times for business and will use it in the future. Location is good and being next to the Ciputra World Mall gives a lot of restaurant options. Service is at a very high level and rooms are clean, functional and comfortable. Hotel restaurant is good with good breakfast buffet and dining option.

This is my 4th stay in Ciputra Hotel SBY. Always a happy experience to stay here... I even recommend to my boss and my peers about this hotel and they are happy to stay here. A pleasant experience. The room was very nice, hotel staffs very friendly, bfast are varies, place are very nice. And this hotel attached to the mall.
For this time stay, I even get the upgraded room.
Thanks Ciputra Hotel Sby to make my stay memorable.

Room is big, comfort, and clean. But we had 1 bad experience, when we fill in the bathtub with hot water, the water come out dirty (brown color). So we call the staff to come up, problem solve but no clear answer why the water is dirty when it was set to Hot water. And also the technician is coming inside the hotel room and bathroom with his dirty project shoes, a bit annoying to me. Overall great hotel, just need a bit improvement. Thank You

Thank you for your recent stay and for your kind online review. We are happy to hear that you enjoyed staying with us and we also took note of your comment about the water quality. Apologize for the inconvenience caused and also that our employee was not able to explain he reason. We have already spoken with both, Housekeeping and Engineering to improve their communication skills and not to enter rooms with dirty work boots. The reason for the water color is that at times when there is a power cut and kicks in again, sediments/deposits from the bottom of the boiler might be stirred up and need to be flushed out in some rooms. We have already flushed all rooms and this problem should not happen again. The water is actually clean and we send samples in for testing monthly as our company standard.

We stayed 3 nights. We booked 2 Deluxe Rooms - beware that there is no connecting room in this room type/category/class. We decided to keep them since the standard rooms were much smaller. BATHROOM be sure to ask if you want one with solid door otherwise it has see through glass door which is ok for those who likes the cool factor of being seen :). BREAKFAST - was on the 7th floor. It was buffet with extensive selection of continental, cook to order eggs, jamu, fruits which was available daily but the addition specialty menu that is different everyday that makes the different and give this hotel my 5 stars. Restaurant is Kids friendly but the Swimming pool is not. But no worries, there are plenty of entertainment for kids in the mall connected to the Hotel. The Decor is modern but a bit unique - you have to have an open mind and somewhat artsy to appreciate them which we do. Service were excellent in every dept. Lobby is on the 8th floor - Once you pull up on the ground floor, you will see the presence of well groomed uniformed Hotel Staff eagerly to greet and help you with the direction on where to go. Will definitely return if the opportunity present itself.

room#1707 and #1712
poor check-in process. humbly request for room upgrade, but the receptionist lady is showing her reluctance and keep saying rooms are full. i dont believe that rooms are full. after some repeat of asking for upgrade, she finally upgraded one room. why have to lie from the beginning? obviously this is not 5* standard.
i am not sure whether #1707 or #1712 is the upgraded room, they both look similar.

water in the shower is terribly poor, very slow or little water

in-room body weigh-scale is not working

access to mall is not as comfortable as i thought, walk and meet ongoing cars.

internet superrrrrr slow

the mall is so so, nothing special.
