Really Comfort during stay in Grand Mercure Bandung. all Staff are Friendly when check in and helpful. Room clean and cozy with full amenities. Kids playground and Pool also clean and make our children happy play in there. Breakfast so many varieties and sooooo Good ! Thank you so much mas Stevan and Mas Alam for your kind service. Also thank you to Mba Stefani/ GRO teams& HK team made our rooms pretty good with your mirror art, towel art and Slice birthday cake for our kids, Hopefully we can stay again in the future🩷

I had an amazing breakfast at grand mercure setiabudi The variety was impressive, with a wide selection of both hot and cold options that catered to every taste. From freshly baked pastries and bread to a range of eggs, sausages, and pancakes, everything was perfectly prepared. The fresh fruit and yogurt bar was a nice touch for a lighter option, and the coffee was excellent, strong, and served piping hot.
The service was attentive, with staff quickly replenishing items and ensuring the buffet stayed clean and inviting. I especially appreciated Naofal and Shella.
Overall, it was one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had, setting the perfect tone for the day. Highly recommended!

My first room was in an area of the hotel that got a lot of street noise, and the balcony door wasn’t soundproofed well. However, the front desk were great about relocating me after the first night, and the second room was much better. Restaurant and bar staff were friendly and professional. I only tried a couple of drinks at the bar, but the signature cocktail (pictured) was delicious. The food in Hardy’s and Kepler exceeded my expectations. Really tasty, with generous portions.
