I really like this place, although I am not exactly sure why. It has an old school charm about it. The place looks great to my eye without being in any way extravagant or artfully stylish. That could be said about the whole experience. Courteous service, in a nice setting and food that is well done without being pretentious in any way. We sat in the front, so that was good for people watching. I had a couple of very well made Negroni's and to eat we just had a bunch of starters, including some very nice dumplings, so it was a bit tapas style and I really enjoyed the whole thing.

If you are looking for a casual dining experience and peace and quiet, this is the place for you! Lovely modern Asian food with a Balinese twist - share plates, wonderful salads, excellent cocktails. Great for lunch or dinner.

A family visit for lunch and returned the next day for dinner. The service was excellent and the menu extensive.

The pork spate ribs were tasty as was the duck croquets. The spring rolls were very popular. You won't be disappointed. The owners (Janet & Ketut) have an amazing philosophy on local produce & food.

Prices were very reasonable and the portions about right.

What's not to love about Casa Luna? Every time I return I am never disappointed. The coffee is always good. The food always consistently delicious and well presented and the wait staff always attentive and good humoured. This visit, I took 6 friends who had never visited Indonesia before. Needless to say, they insisted on returning for the final meal before leaving. This is the place to come for a relaxed cup of coffee and a cake or for tapas and cocktails before enjoying the more substantial offerings on the wide-ranging menu. Perfect for friends, couples, families and large groups, Put a visit to Casa Luna on your "to do" list when you visit Ubud.

We have been eating at Casa Luna for years and it always maintains it's high standard whether for a quick cup of excellent coffee or delicious Indonesian food.
