Excellent from start to finish
We had the 10 course tasting menu. Not cheap for Indonesian pricing but the whole thing is excellently done.
Perfect setting, delicious food and fantastic service from arriving at the hotel to leaving after the dinner.
Our waitress was Delia who was excellent. Friendly, smiley and informative. 10/10.
Would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting a romantic luxurious meal.

We were not staying in Mandapa but in a hotel nearby and we have decided to treat ourselves for a nice dinner. When we arrived we were free upgraded to a private “kubu” and our waitress Sawitri took an exceptional care of us - First Class! The food quality was amazing and overall we have had an incredible experience.

We went for the Kubu experience, which is a great 10 course menu. It is made with local ingredients and is a mix of local dishes and food i could find back home. Additionally we had a accompanying local drinks and cocktails which paired nicely with the food.
Staff was very nice, knowledgeable and fast to cater to our wishes.
The 10 courses took about 3 hours to finish, which was the perfect duration.
We will come back if we come to Bali again.

An extremely satiating dinner made even more enjoyable by the immaculate service of our server, Delia. First, will like to commend on the flexibility of staff and restaurant to offer us alternative mains due to our dietary preferences which they acceded to readily. The replacements were of a high quality. In fact, the entire 6-course dinner was high quality.
Second, upon hearing that we politely declined to have coffee or tea as we typically avoid caffeine drinks consumption at night, Delia suggested and offered us hot ginger drinks instead. That is the mark of great hospitality and attentive service.
Third, our 2-hour dinner was made even more enjoyable with the company and service of our server Delia. We chatted and shared on various things like friends. Delia deserve a commendation for her servide, and a worthy staff of Kubu, Mandapa.
