I booked Kadek due to the recommendations on TA. We had a number of changes to our plans, which included date changes, and the number of people travelling, and our group continued to grow.
In all my email communication, Kadek was helpful, quick to respond, and gave very good advice.
We travelled twice with Kadek. Once from Seminyak to Lovina 4 adults & 1 baby, and from Lovina to Amed 5 adults & baby.
Our first transfer included a number of sightseeing spots including Lake Bratan, and Munduk Waterfalls.
We found Kadek to be very polite, and a great guide, explaining things as we went, and answering our many questions.
He was also very flexible as we changed our minds along the way, never showing any impatience or frustration.
Kadek showed himself to be as very safe driver and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him, and would definitely use his services if travelling north again.

My mother and I recently had a one-day visit to Benoa as part of a cruise. After looking at the shore excursions available from the cruise line, we decided that we would investigate other options before making our plans. Like many others, I went to TripAdvisor and came across Kadek’s details. We had a number of e-mail interactions and Kadek provided ideas for an itinerary in line with our interests. Kadek already had a booking for the date that we were to visit, but he made arrangements for his partner, Ngurah, to be our driver. On arrival at the port, Ngurah was waiting for us. At the start of the tour, Kadek make contact by phone and confirmed the itinerary for our visit. We enjoyed a lovely tour with Ngurah, visiting a range of interesting places in the Ubud area, including the Semar Kuning I Artist Co-operative (paintings), Teba Sari Bali Agortourism (Bali herbs and spices, Luwak coffee, Bali coffee, assorted tea, chocolate), a gold and silver shop, Batuan Temple, and a craft market. Ngurah’s car was clean and comfortable, and his driving was excellent. He kept a close eye on the time to ensure that we arrived back at the ship at the time requested. We found Kadek and Ngurah to be friendly, courteous and professional throughout the whole experience. It was lovely to have a customised tour, without having to travel on a bus to busy, crowded places. I highly recommend their service. If people are looking for a ‘quiet’ personalised tour that doesn’t go to all the busy ‘tourist’ areas, this is an inexpensive way to enjoy a short and interesting visit to Bali.
