We decided to do the Bike tour and the White water rafting..
The Bike tour started at the top of the mountain and we got a quick safety check/guidelines..
Our tour guide was wonderful.. very informative and accomadating considering we took our 2 year old with us.. they provided the seat and helmet for her.. the tour itself was well set out except for not far from the start the road goes to rock which is extremely uncomfortable..
Once you get over the awful rock road, you just breeze through little villages, and enjoy the scenery..
The white water rafting.. maybe a few short of a million steps to get down to the river bank, the steps were muddy, some had hessian bags, some paver steps were unsteady and all the steps varied in size and height.. to be honest if I had of known
how many steps were to and from the river I would not have gone..
The white water rafting itself was good fun, our guide was good fun.. not overly physical work.. only small rapids but still a good activity..
