“Eat, Pray, Love”
Reviewed 9 October 2016 for a stay in September 2016

Seven women got together in this comfortable villa for a family reunion. The staff of 4, Gede (security guard and maintenance guy) and Kadek and 'JLo' (chefs and cleaners) and Arya (driver and tour guide), made our stay magnificent. We ate so well: varied breakfasts of Indonesian or American cuisine, fresh local fruits (some from the garden) and two dinners (not included but SO worth it!!). The villa is well-maintained and has a good layout for family gatherings and privacy when one needs it. Be sure to walk outside in the early morning - the rice fields and the temple behind the villa make great photo ops. We would love to stay again in this villa.

“Paradise in Ubud”
Reviewed 22 July 2016 for a stay in July 2016

We stayed with a family of two teenagers and two children under 10 years old for 10 days in the villa Tirta Indah and had a wonderful time. The villa has everything you need and looks far better in real life than on the pictures. The house is very clean and well kept. Iluh and the staff are most wonderful. They provided us with everything we needed and cooked several times for us in the house. The food they prepared outstands all restaurants in Ubud. It's great! Ariya advised us on nice trips on the island and drove us safely around all major sight seeing. The mornings the most wonderful breakfast was prepared for us. The organic garden provides the house with all fruits and vegetables you can wish for. The whole atmosphere of the house is wonderful and we enjoyed it thoroughly. We highly recommend a stay at the villa and we will for sure go back to it whenever we stay in Bali. Many thanks to Iluh, Kadek, Gedeh and Ariya for all their help to make our stay as relaxing and joyful as possible.

“Graceful and beautiful introduction to Bali”
Reviewed 5 July 2016 for a stay in June 2016

My husband and I stayed here with four of our children and had a wonderful time. We arrived during the Sariswati festival and the housekeeper, Iluh, made sure that despite the festival limitations we were able to get the most out of our visit to Ubud.

The organic garden is lovely, and the Balinese dinner Iluh prepared for us one evening was unforgettable. Every day our rooms felt clean, fresh and welcoming.

Our one minor hitch was that the driver collecting us from the airport didn't have the villa name on his sign as we'd been told he would, and he didn't have our full name on the sign so it took a long time to find him.

Be aware that the pool isn't fenced and the marble stairs might not be so attractive if you have small children (our youngest is 6yo). The villa is about a 15 minute drive out of Ubud centre but there are some excellent restaurants very close by if you don't feel like a long drive. The driver, Arya, couldn't have been more helpful and was always willing to do extra trips into town for a very reasonable fee.

We were so sad to leave and would love to return.

Liked best: The assurance that the villa was clean and safe.
Liked least: The pool was a little visible to passers by, and we did have the odd local child make faces at us.

“Can't wait to go back”
Reviewed 1 May 2016 for a stay in April 2016

Everything was as magical even the second time around.

Iluh and team did a fantastic job. They took care of us like family. Always plenty of things to do in and around the villa. Gardening, Swimming, taking the ride on the scooter, paddy fields.

This place and mainly the people make you want to stay on or will make you plan the next trip even before you finish.

“Romance and relaxation”
Reviewed 18 April 2016 for a stay in March 2016

This home is beautiful. The attention to detail with fresh flowers, fruit, and linens daily gave us the service of a fancy hotel but the feel of a secluded home. There so much to see on the island but it was really hard to leave this property. The staff is incredible but we felt like we were all alone. We really enjoyed the walks through the lush vegetation right behind the house. The night sky from the balcony was spectacular as well. The staff spoke English and arranged for tours, massages, and rides to the market. Love
