Titik and her husband were very accommodating. Whatever questions I had they answered and helped to the best of their ability. I was alone and it was about US35 a night, which I thought was reasonable, especially if you are going as a couple or with friends (which allows u to split the cost).
Breakfast (French toast with fruits and coffee/tea) is served every morning :) u can enjoy your brekkie at the balcony.
It's very quiet at night, which is great if u want a good night's rest. and in the morning u wake up to birds' chirping.
Walk out to the main road and u'd see Cinta grill and laughing buddha bar to the left--both wonderful eateries.
perhaps the only thing is to provide thicker blankets?
overall, love it and will come back again :)
