Another wonderful stay!

I first stayed at Best Western Premier Agung, Ubud, back in 2017 and I have returned several times since. The beautiful peaceful location with amazing staff that go above and beyond expectations, are what draws me back! From reception to dining and room attendants, the friendly professional service is to be applauded.
On my most recent visit, I was delighted to be welcomed back with a floral arrangement on my bed. It’s these touches that make ones stay memorable.
Sulastri, for his pre visit communication, Mia, on reception, and Andi attending my room, are to be commended, as are all the many other wonderful staff members of the Best Western Premier Agung hotel, Ubud.

Best Western Prenier Agung Resort Ubud is a place to go to in Bali

The atmosphere & tranquillity was excellent. The be & the pillows was so comfortable. The staff were amazing, we were given a first class service especially Andy went beyond our expectations. He made sure our glass were to the brim by the pool. We didn’t go to the bar but he kept coming to see that we had everything we wanted from food to drinks.

AMAZING STAY

We booked this hotel after we had a terrible experience from a previous hotel.
Soon as we arrived at Best Western the reception staff were welcoming and not to forget all the staff overall. Our room was absolutely breathtaking. We arrived at night so we didn’t see much of the view. When we woke up we fell even more in love with our room and hotel. Breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I’ve had in Asia. I can’t fault anything.

A quiet, well appointed hotel, about 20min from the city centre

The hotel is located about 20min from the city centre; while the distance isn't much, entering/exiting the main Ubud city centre can take a long time.

The hotel has one restaurant; the breakfast spread is quite elaborate, and includes local and international fare, and the food is quite well prepared.

The rooms are well appointed and are quite spacious. The property is clean and quiet.

Holiday in Best western Ubud

Everything is just perfect.Even their restaurant have many vegeterian options so no issues.Also the atmosphere around is so calm and peaceful.just a beautiful resort in serene natural fields..swimming pools are also very beautiful facing fields.Marlo and Arya,both are really helpful in restaurants
