I'm sorry to hear your visit to our restaurant was only average this time. Thank you for your feedback about the rendang. I will consult with our chef to re-check the quality of these dishes. I am however disappointed you did not inform me about this issue in person when you were here because there is nothing much I can do about it now.
I would like to address to other people reading as well. 99% of the dishes or ingredients of the dishes we serve here are homemade, we go the extra mile in doing this to ensure we can give the best quality to our customers. There is a downside to this. Because these are real food made by real people using fresh ingredients and not mass produced packaged commercial ingredients made in a factory, the outcome will not be 100% exactly the same every time. Of course we will apologize if this results in nay inconvenience but most people understand and are OK with this.
I do not understand why you thought the cocktails were watered down. All our cocktails have specific measurements and they are all made in an open bar so everyone can see because we have nothing to hide. We definitely do not add water to our drinks. However most of our cocktails do contain ice and in room temperature ice does melt and turn into water, perhaps this is what you tasted.
If these are your only complaints I am glad everything else was good. You booked and got a great seating, good service and food. It sounds like there were more positives than negatives so even though you only gave us a 3 star rating I will countthis as a win.
I understand if you probably wont come back in the future and that's OK, that means more room for other customers.
