Very nice hotel. We stayed in a club room and had a semi private swimming pool. Coffee and tea and nibbles were available at 4pm.

Stayed in Village 2 with husband & 2 children aged 10 years. Check in faultless & very welcoming. Excellent service throughout. Room large & cool retreat from the heat. Breakfast varied & tasty. Fantastic grounds & pools. Although nearly full occupancy, it didn't feel busy & we had a wonderful relaxing break.

My husband myself and our 16 yo son stayed at the SV at the end of January 2012 we were up graded to segara village2 and found it to be a total pleasure, the staff were always friendly and very accommodating to all our needs. As this was my husband and sons first time overseas I couldnt have asked for a better location. The Hotel is a visual pleasure at night with all the soft lights scattered throughout the grounds .We had a wonderful time.

Stayed at the Segara after five nights in Seminyak was a little disappointed with the Segara after friends had recommended a stay there.
The room we had was very small and the doors were warped badly however upgrades were in progress on other rooms.
Staff were not as helpful as could have been, the location however is very nice great for those wanting a quieter holiday away from Kuta.
Breakfast was also disappointing but restaurants near buy took care of that,Great coffee shop just next door.

Just returned from the resort booked the club rooms these were as expected club staff could not have been more helpful. No welcome drink on arrival Breakfast was very poor small choice and when delivery to the room arrived cold. The hotel needs to try harder to keep guests in the hotel to eat at lunch and dinner. We do realise that the hotel has over heads but the charges with the tax was 3 times what we paid out side
