A bit apprehensive to call for a pickup. But they picked us up in Lovina for free. We had the best Indonesian food of the trip and traditional Balinese dance. If we had the time this would be the place for a cooking workshop!

Great scenery- located with rice fields surrounding it-. You need to know where it is, you won't pass by coincidentally. Close to Lovina beach -5km-. Very friendly staff focused on giving you a good time. Food is good, not exceptional. A place to go for a relaxed -or romantic- lunch or dinner, not that much for a quick bite. Is bit upmarket place, but still compared with european prices cheap! A place to go for a great overall lunch or diner experience.

This place is fantastic. Dinner at our nearby hotel was so disappointing we decided we must do something else the following evening. So we stopped at Warung Bambu for a lunchtime drink to research, and ended up up eating lunch and meeting the lovely Adi - who is a great host, and turned out to be a superb cookery teacher.
The food is very fresh and the service great. My wife enrolled for the cookery course the following morning, and then we ate the dishes for lunch.
Adi also arranged a dolphin viewing trip at just over half the price quoted by the hotel.(All trips leave the same beach at 06.00 in the morning). We needed a car to Mengangan, which she organised too. No hard sell, just a desire to help.
It's a shame this place isn't in a more prominent location.
If you are within taxi-ride distance, grab a cab and visit - you will be rewarded with great food at very reasonable prices.

We experienced a wonderfull vooking class, led by Ida. She took us first to a local market and showed different local food. Togerher with the Chef, Nikki and Ida we prepared 6 dishes. The food was really nice and the ladies were so friendly and making jokes. Would absolutely do this again!

We found this place thanks to our hobby geocaching. We had time only for quick drinks but the menu seemed good. Very comfy decoration and friendly staff.
