We booked the Sunday brunch with drinks package and to say we were overwhelmed is an understatement. The quality and variety of foods was amazing as was the little “surprises” that were delivered to the table during the 3 hours we were there. Spoil yourself and book a table, you will be amazed.

Over the years I would have had about 10 Sunday brunch's at Soleil and have introduced a lot of guests to the venue. This time we had about 24 in our group over 4 tables and it just wasn't the same.
The first disappointment was the buggy valet service is gone.
Next the restaurant service was way down on what I am used to and we even had to chase waiters to follow up on food orders.
The beverage service was also poor and at our table of six one poor guy was getting missed on every round.
To top it off I ordered my favourite desert for one of my female guest's, the melting chocolate ball and it only just melted.
Please sort the service out guys as Boneka next door still have it right.

Opulence
We were wowed from the moment we walked through the Mulia.

We pre-booked a table for the famous Soleil Sunday brunch, a few months in advance as this day was the only day we could actually go.

We selected the package which included the bevarage list and we spent 4 hours tasting every delight on offer and tried most of the cocktails and the French sparkling wine was very nice - a wonderful day with my husband!

We dined at Soleil as a family of 2 adults and 2 children ages 1 and 7. We took our own nanny from our hotel.
By far the best brunch, or even meal we have had world wide. Ever, hands down.
The decor, the service, the food and the beverages are absolutely spectacular and second to none. People may have some reserves about the price, but it is worth every cent.
The staff are so well trained and attentive, they truly make you feel welcome and take care of your every need, even when the restaurant is at full capacity.
The buffet is impressive by anyone’s standard. The assortment of food choices is amazing, you can find something here for any palate and even the fussiest eaters!
You also have a huge range of food choices off the a la carte menu was just as diverse! We like our food and even we had trouble managing to try all the options we wanted to as there are so many choices!
We did manage to work our way through the cocktail list, and we are fussy! We found our drinks to be made perfectly, not watered down or all ice as you find at a lot of brunches. The cocktails were also imaginative, as well as tasty! No generic beverages here!
We have dined at Soleil prior for the weekend dinner which we were seriously impressed with but the brunch just blew us away. We are big brunch fans and we have never come across a brunch, buffet or meal that has impressed us so much, and we have dined in most of Australia, Asia and Europe, with a few Cruises thrown in between!
The head chef was constantly walking the buffet, observing the chefs at the live cooking stations, viewing the plates that were on the way out of the kitchen to patrons at their tables and interacting with guests. All signs of a good establishment, and one that really cares about the diners and how they are enjoying themselves. It all contributes to a fantastic experience, the attentiveness of the staff, without being annoyingly in your face, but yet knowing automatically when you need something within moments, never having to wait once, for anything, ever though the venue was at capacity, the food being of such high standard with so much variety, and the ambience, luxurious, classy, beautiful and with a friendly atmosphere where the staff would do anything to make sure their customers leave with absolute satisfaction.
If I had any advice, even if your a family with younger children like us, do yourself a favour, even hire a nanny if you have to and come and enjoy the experience of dining at Soleil for their Sunday brunch. It is worth the time to get to Nusa Dua and every dollar to experience how fabulous this restaurant and their staff are!
They are are so welcoming and considerate of children too, we have dined other places and have felt out of place but even our girls had a wonderful time and were doted on and spoilt by the restaurant staff.
When you arrive at the lobby, if you are dining with small children, prams or the elderly they will be more than happy to organise a golf buggy to shuttle you to the restaurant that is located towards the beach, overlooking the most spectacular pool. Otherwise take the time to walk through the grounds to Soleil, there is so much to see, the garden, pools and artwork are amazing and it’s worth spending a little time to experience and explore all that the mulia has to offer! Guarantee you will be wanting to book to stay here on your next trip to Bali!
Thank you so much, we will be back and we have recommended Soleil and your Sunday brunch to everyone we know visiting Bali in the near future, how could we not, everything was absolutely perfect!
You should be so proud of the job your chefs, bartenders and waitstaff do, they ate an absolute credit to the Mulia.

We were lucky enough to dine at Soleil for lunch and dinner during our stay, and then enjoy its renowned Sunday brunch. The brunch is a must - exquisite food, drinks and service....worth every cent and more, live like a movie star.
