Hotel can use improvement. Could not regulate aircon..just one temperature: guess around 17 celsius. Some rooms really moisty. New bedlinen. Better instructions for staff needed concerning making up the rooms. Not happy with management. They dont come with solutions. Staff is very friendly. The rental bicycles need to be changed. To old.

exceptional outdoors. the twin swimming pools are really good. the lawns are well manicured. shuttle bus to the private beach of the hotel runs hourly. though the property is not on the beach like other properties of Nusa Dua the well manicured surroundings make up for it. the gazebos in the swimming pool are swell.Buffet breakfast is nice. the only draw back are the rooms that are small and stuffy with a inimical smell of seepage. further the washbasin inside the room instead of the bathroom is not to taste for all. that having been said if you are visiting bali and are likely to go around and not stay at the hotel much except for the nights, it is definitely value for money.

I have just recently stayed at the Mercure Bali Nusa Dua for four nights, two nights either side of a healing workshop. The staff here are lovely, so friendly and hospitable. If you are looking for a property that has a lot going for it, but on a budget, this is a fabulous choice. I purchased the package with the airport pick up, breakfast and wifi included. It was really nice to be met at the airport, a very reliable service, and the driver that picked me up was very friendly and a very good driver. The room was clean and well located, the breakfasts had lots of variety, the restaurant menu was perfect for our needs (I was travelling with others staying at the same hotel) Nusa Dua is such a safe area and lots of restaurants and warungs within walking distance. There is a wonderful on site Spa or Sylvia's Massage just down the road. Highly recommend. Money changer within walking distance as well. Wonderful property.

We really enjoyed our stay but the hotel has a few problems with damp condensation and faulty air conditioning units that drip .Engineers were sent to sort the problem as the lights kept tripping .We were more than happy with the breakfast choice and service.Lots of nice restaurants nearby and travel shop to book trips .

My room was so run down and dark with the pathetic lighting. The AC controller was broken so the room was freezing. It would be very dissapointing if you booked it for a holiday. I would expect a lot better from the Mecure chain.
