As returning customer, we
are sad to say that this hotel is not competitive anymore. Compared to the hotels in this area, this hotel has the least open restaurant, only 1 and serves no pork.
Least occupancy rate so most of the facilities are closed.
Staffs are friendly, maybe the management team is not fit. Not sure.

Dear Frao_Lim,

Thank you for sharing your comments regarding your recent stay here at Nusa Dua Beach Hotel & Spa.
Yes, due to the declining occupancy and lack of guests, we do operate only 1 restaurant. We also made a conscious decision not to serve pork in the resort (since 5 years now).
Thank you for the gracious comments on the friendly staff. I truly appreciate it.
Looking forward to welcome you back.

Best regards,

Jamal Hussain

We had a wonderful retreat during the Day of Silence at Nusa Dua Beach Hotel. The staff really made our stay hassle-free, enjoyable and memorable.

The hotel enjoyed higher occupancy during the Silent Day weekend which was quite heartwarming to experience during this COVID-19 pandemic.

We appreciated the attention and care given by the reception, housekeeping, F&B (Yudi, Martino), pool & activities(Ariawan and co, sorry if we didn’t catch his name right) team, they did their best to deliver.

The breakfast, lunch and dinner were excellent (it’s all in one package). Some delays during the dinner, but all were compensated by the high-quality, delicious and pretty presentation of the dishes in tapas style.

Thank you, management for keeping this wonderful gem at its best and best wishes to the opening of Bali tourism in the future.

We had a nice stay here. Room was clean and nice. Balcony was big. Bathroom was also spacious. The gym was very good.
Pool area was huge. Many pools in the hotel area.
Beach was clean and beautiful.
Breakfast was yummy and WiFi works fine.
Only thing we missed was the resort activities, which were cancelled because of the covid.

We stayed here for 3 nights.loved the resort and rooms. Breakfast was delicious with huge range of options available. Our room was great, we just couldn't enjoy the balcony or leave the balcony door open for fresh air because the moment we opened the door, squirrels would try to come in the room. The customer service can be a bit better, like we had to wait long time to be checked in and there was 4 people trying to check us in. Don't know if it could be organised better. The security guards at the entrance were a bit rude to us on a couple occasions, that really put us off after a great day we spent outside. Just needs a bit more human touch in their customer service. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay here.

Thank you for the gracious comments on your recent stay here at Nusa Dua Beach Hotel & Spa.

I am glad to read that you enjoyed the Resort, the Facilities and the Services rendered. I do apologize for the shortfalls that you experienced especially the unfriendly security guards at the entrance. Totally unnecessary. My unreserved apologies.
