If you are looking for a holiday where you can relax and enjoy yourself, then the Nusa Dua Beach Hotel & Spa is the place to go to.
From the moment we arrived at the hotel we were well looked after. The ambience is beautiful. The layout of the hotel gives you a real sense of spaciousness. You have a choice of pools or the beach to swim in. Tennis courts and well equipped gym.
Our room was ground floor fairly close to the pool, but not close enough to be disturbed by any noise. The room was spotlessly clean and staff attending to the room were very pleasant and helpful.
Maguro Asian restaurant was great. Food fantastic and service exemplary.
Buffet breakfast was good, staff very professional, making sure our needs were met.
We will definitely be back.

My wife and I stayed here as part of a prize I won. Loved the hotel. Room was comfortable, beautiful decor and the food cannot be faulted, something for everyone. But minor refurbishments are needed. Staff extremely friendly and courteous.

Leaving tomorrow after 9 days. Sad to go. Excellent Hotel and Spa. ALL the staff are friendly and welcoming, rooms are spacious, well appointed and clean. Grounds a pleasure to walk through and the restaurants very good if not quite excellent. The pools and the Spa get a separate mention. Both top quality. Breakfast also gets five stars. One recommendation. The hotel should decide if it offers ‘All Inclusive’ or B&B with an extra charge in the restaurants. The All Inclusive package is good but precludes a range of drinks and some menu items. The hotel should either increase the cost of all inclusive and make no exceptions or drop it altogether. That said, the Nusa Dua Beach Hotel & Spa comes highly recommended.

Nice get away good facilities. Lovely pools but slippery tiles around pool . Lack of information about events going on in hotel . Drinks were expensive. Friendly staff . Would holiday again at this resort.

Check the rooms before you stay as we had a flickering light and our wardrobe didn’t shut correctly so our safe was on show but we asked if we can change rooms and they were happy to do so. Only minor things. The staff and hotel in general is so lovely I would deffo go back. The food was good aswell the only down side was we were never made aware that we have to put a “safety deposit” down and it’s £50 per night you stay they do take it off your bill when you buy drinks, food ect when you charge it to the room.
