I have no hesitation in recommending Made. He was a perfect tour guide, courteous, generous and knowledgeable of the area. We hired him for two days in which we covered the waterfall, monkey island, ubud and on day two a beach out of our local area. Our family of 5 (with 3 small kids) hired the Bali Dreams Tours recently for a tour of Uluwatu Temple one day and Sacred Monkey Forest Sanctuary - Taman Ayun Temple - Tanah Lot Temple on another day. Both Mt. Ketut, who was the driver on the first day, and Mr. Made, who was the driver on the other day, were just wonderful. They both were courteous, informative, and everything else that one expects from tour drivers. I had initially made the reservation by email and the email responses (which I was told was made by Oktavia, Mr. Made's eldest daughter) were detailed as well as quick. I understand that 5 friends (including Mr. Ketut and Mr. Made) who all used to be taxi drivers with Blue Bird started this company together not too long ago. I wholeheartedly recommend this company to those needing drivers in Bali and I wish this company all the very best. I will definitely use this company again when I am in Bali next.
