This hotel is nice near the airport. Clean. Great staff. We stayed here for 1 night. We book 2 rooms. When i have just arrived, the nearest lift from lobby didn't work so my grandma had to walk a little far to use another lift. When i walk to the lift i saw water from the ceiling. Very clean. The bathrooms are smelly. We had the city view room. I don't recommend it. The traffic noise was so high, we couldn’t sleep at all! The sound of traffics are extremely loud! I think it's better if you book pool side room. They also have kids room. They also have good books, couple of PlayStations and toys. Their beakfast was good. They served delicious western and local foods. They also served indian food but unfortunately i didn't try it cause i'm not a big fan of indian cuisine.

First of all, I want to tell you that this was the most expensive hotel that we booked during our stay in Bali and it was not any better of the hotels that we paid $25 for.
Towels smelt very bad. We've noticed that in Bali towels dont' get bleached and the detergent is almost like a dish soup, so it doesn't let the bad bacteria disappear. Towels smelt like cigarettes and wet rag BEFORE we even used them.
The bed was very uncomfortable. The mattress warps if you lie down, so if your partner is heavier than you, you will be sleeping diagonally and high with technically a dent in the middle between you 2.
Breakfast... I've no idea what everybody is raving about, but it wasn't any better than 2-3* hotels we were staying before - tons of uneatable indonesian dishes -- either too spicy or watery tasting - and a couple of european options which unfortunately didn't taste good at all.
We have been travelling with our little boy, so we needed an extra bedding for him. Around 1 pm after check in we asked our bell boy to call reception asking for it, he did and we even tipped him, they said OK - an hour later nothing happened. Our child was getting really tired, we called again - same response and at 3:30 pm - still nothing. Our child already felt asleep in our bed, so my husband went to the reception wondering what's going on. They said that didn't have any linen, because it has been washed and it will be brought to our room in the evening around 8pm. So instead of saying it to us, they made us wait for 3 hours hoping that it's still coming.
I WON'T RECOMMEND to get a room facing the street. It's very loud. We were located by the pool but still could hear the traffic noise and revving engines.
The only good thing about this hotel was a kid's club. Mind you, even then we had an issue. The sign on the door says it opens at 9. So when we came, nobody was there except 2 girls who were left there unattended. They were old enough (about 6-7 years old) so I guess it's their parents' business to leave them there but we couldn't leave our 3 y.o son there without any attendance. So we called reception and they sent a lady from the kitchen (!!!) to keep an eye on our son after we insisted that the kid's club is supposed to be opened at 9 am though they kept repeating it that it actually opens at 10. Doesn't make any sense. But at least they sent somebody to be there which actually helped up to pack before our flight.

We stayed here on our last night in Bali before getting back to Thailand, and I honestly can say - it isn't worth extra cost to be here, breakfast is very poor, the only thing you're paying for I guess - is a bigger hotel with a pool (which is actually very noisy). But overall, it wasn't any better than budget hotels we were staying at. At some points it was even worse.

I won't recommend to stay there for any longer than one night. And save your sleep, don't book the room facing the street. You won't be able to sleep at all.

Room tip: Don't stay at the room facing the road, very noisy.

Dear Mrs. Valenty Dube,

Thank you very much for staying with us and taking time to share your concerns on Tripadvisor.

We deeply regret for the unpleasant experiences you had during your stay with us. The smelly towel is definitely not our standard. Our towel are washed and sanitized with internationally recognized detergent, however, we will look into this matter seriously and we will improve on that. We understand your frustration about the extra bedding request and we genuinely apologize for the problems encountered with communication with the team. I am also very sorry to hear that our mattresses were not comfortable enough for you. We normally hear our beds are comfortable as they’re all made of good quality materials and from reputable brand. We value all your feedback and once again, we apologize for the shortfalls.

We as a team strive to give our guest a perfect stay and hope these glitches will not impair your confidence to stay with us again.

Best regards,
Gindo Sianturi
