Was honestly very disappointed by the whole experience . Initially there was no one one to pick us up from the airport but we had lost our luggage and were 1/5 hours late so after doing rounds at the airport over and over at 1.30 in the morning we thought we would pay for our own taxi to the airport only to find out on check in that the man was there still there and just not visible with so many people picking up hotel guests .
We checked in fine the man at front desk was lovely and welcoming . We got into our room only to find a note to say the pool was under construction from 10am till 5pm and that we would have to swim in the kids pool.
I opened our balcony to see our view photos attached . So disappointing
Pool staff were not very attentive and you basically had to order 2 drinks at a time because it took so long for them to make them .
Room was not clean and staff were not very attentive
For the price I would pick another hotel .
Thank god our kids were not there otherwise I would have never stayed .

Located in the heart of Kuta, walking distance from Kuta beach, Discovery mall and all of finest restaurants. Though rooms are small, they are well maintained and clean. Comfortable bed and good water pressure. Breakfast spread was quite satisfying with Indian food available as well. Staff is cheerful and courteous. There was some noise coming from nearby clubs at night, but subsided after about 11pm. Wifi connectivity was very poor.

Maybe for foreign people, that hotel is amazing. But for me, its just like average old hotel in Bali. I dont get spesial thing on there. That hotel get the advantage from great location where is close with Kuta Beach, Discovery Mall, restaurant. I am very dissapointed for bad smell of my room. Honest appreciate for hotel staff and security who is always kindly welcoming, helping, smilling.
