Thought upon arrival, great this hotel has great security with metal detector for security to only just walk through and not being screened properly!

The hotel was fairly nice and had a nice pool. The breakfast was great. We booked a room for 2 adults and one child and were given a room with one bed. I requested a portable bed and was told that it would cost an extra 500,000 or 50 AUD a night over the nine days we spent there which seems a bit ridiculous. 450 dollars for a hideaway?
You get a great value for money. Good restaurants Good Food, Good massage, good location and safe. Good swimming pool, good lobby, good staff. Safe for children.
Free pick and drop, heaps of nearby malls and near by beach. Wow! Will go again

My husband and I stayed here for 4 days in June 2019.
For us, the location was great. You are close to the beach, massage places, shopping, convenience stores, pharmacies and loads of restaurants.
The pool here is amazing! It is huge and comprises of a variety of sections. Some are deeper than others, making it perfect for sitting, swimming, playing and finding a spot for kiddies. There is also a separate, shallow kids pool right next to the main pool.
The gym is quite well-equipped. It smells strongly of mildew, but you get past that pretty quickly.
However, unfortunately, the rooms smelled a bit mouldly or like mildew. If you've ever been to Bali, you'll know this is pretty common. The smell wasn't too bad, but it wasn't nice. (As a frame of reference, I've only been 3 hotels/resorts in Bali that did not smell awful or ordinary in the room).
I did not find the staff here to be overly helpful, but if you are happy with the hotel location and the pool, and you're an independent and confident traveler that doesn't need their help, then this wouldn't necessarily be a problem.
Top Tips: We were upgraded to a pool view room, a nice thing in theory, but the room was close to the restaurant and function area - ask for a room away from the restaurant/function area if you want to turn in early or have a sleep in, as these spots can be a bit noisy at times.

However, it is sad to know that you must experience an uncomfortable issue in your room. Please note that management take your comment seriously and we are committed to always bring the best to our guest. After reading your feedback, it is quite surprising for us to know that our staffs are not helpful, so to prevent this issue happened again in the future, we will do a refresh training regarding the service.

Rated 5 star by booking.com, checked into to room.
Room was dusty and lights were dim. Saw a fat lizard ran across the tv console lights. What makes it worse was, someone else open my room door in the next 10mins. Oh my horror, do i still give my confidence to this hotel? Went down to reception to ask for change of room. Fully booked was the reply.
Booked for double room, yet reception replied was a request which is not confirmed.
Well, i have no other choice to continue to stay as i have paid for 2 nites.
