Thank you for visiting us during your holiday in Bali and for taking your time to place a feedback. We appreciate customers who let us know when things aren’t right and apologize that your experience at Hard Rock Cafe Bali did not meet your expectations and turned out to be disappointing.
Regarding your comment about the refill, yes it is true that we do not do the refill as it is done in European and American Cafes. However, our management is going to revise this policy in the nearest future to improve the guests experience.
Regarding the quality of chicken in the sandwich, your comment has been forwarded to the Kitchen Manager and he will discuss this matter with our suppliers and kitchen team to avoid such situations in future.
We are glad to know that our managers made a discount and gave a free dessert trying to improve your experience and sad to know that it did not help, surely if they knew earlier about the fact that you are disappointed with your meals they would make an immediate change of your sandwich.
