Good reco for value for money

We arrived past midnight ans was assisted by front desk and made our request to have conmecting rooms as I am travellimg with family. It was a 15 mins drive from airport and seems like we entered a university area. The Bali charm welcomed us upom entering the building with its unique Bali interiors. The rooms we had were good for 3 and 2, it is huge. Beds are comfortable and rooms go by standard American size. Here are pros and cons

Cons
-While rooms are huge, it is dated. You would see chipped off paint or tiles with water marks
-Cleaning is impeccable however the toilet bowls interior rim were grimming with molds
-Not sure why but the water from Shower smelled odd. It had the same smell as water in India (maybe recycled water?) It does have a smell. Please dont drink from tap.
-Not much variety in the brealfask buffet. If you're here for a week, youll probably start looking for a new resto to to. I dnt like the chicken sausage and beef bacon. They shld serve more continental /american choices in their spread.
-No airport transfer services
-No power adaptor in rooms, bring or buy your own. Take note of Balis power adaptor

Pros
-Value for money..for a cheap price you get to a nice hotel near airport
-Staff are accomodating and boast customer service experience. Prompt on requests.
-Resort like so there is a pool that guests can enjoy

Room tip: Do not under estimate Bali traffic. Jimbaran to Seminyak can take an hour. Use grab or gojek or klook for mpving around Bali. There is Mcdonalds which was abt 5 to 7 min

Good accommodation.👏👏🫶🫶

Bali Paragon Resort Hotel is the best accommodation because it is close to the airport, beach, KFC and restaurants near the hotel. And the food at the table spoon restaurant at Bali Paragon Resort Hotel is also delicious and has lots of good facilities, gym fitness, spa, swimming pool for adults and children. Also there is a playground for children so it's nice to stay at this hotel. And the service is also extraordinary, all the staff are very friendly..

Sub-Standard Service Hotel --> Lower than 1 star hotel

Sub-standard Service.
Room has not being cleaned up to 1.30 pm
Breakfast sub-standard. need to self-service coffee.
No glass was available
food was empty
restaurant staffs were only busy in the corner doing nothing

Not Happy Totally. Services rendered does not meet the Hotel category. BAD

It is an old property. All facilities are run down.
Breakfast was horrible & unfortunately there was a very big group check-in and the breakfast was reduced terribly. No compromise was given to other guest. Some request was not entertained and the seems to be busy with general crowd. Front counter representative was not also helpful on complaints.

Room tip: Did not look clean especially the dining area Book without breakfast will be advisable. If you like beach area then this location is ideal.

Amazing breakfast buffet!

Bali Paragon is located just inside the Universitas Udayana campus area (but still a bit of a distance for the actual campus) and really good spot for doing any sort of work with the university. It is also not very far from Jimbaran beach or the beach or temple at Uluwatu. Rooms are super-comfortable (ours had a sweet little patio in a pretty garden area) and staff is very friendly and helpful. Oh, and the breakfast! Both local and international dishes as well as fruit or salad. And everything labeled so that you get to learn dishes you are otherwise unfamiliar with. There are lots of restaurants on the same street mean so you can head out for lunch or dinner, but don't miss breakfast :-)
