Stayed 4 days 3 nights and had a genuinely pleasant experience. We arrived late night and was greeted by friendly and helpful staff that helped us unload all our baggage from the car. There was no check in delays and the bellboy was standing by to take our luggage to the rooms. The rooms are quite spacious, king size beds are very comfortable and the tv/movie channels were all running 24/7 and the reception was clear. The pool size and design is perfect, with a kiddy pool and water slide for the children. There was always a staff on pool duty. Hotel location is reasonable and free parking is available, with security watching over the cars. Considering the ongoing pandemic, the Bali Paragon Resort Hotel is much better than most of the international chains in Bali (staffing, open and available facilities, maintenance, price). I will definitely be back.

It's located in the center of Jimbaran, Nusa Dua and Uluwatu. Very cozy beautiful room and definitely the best GM Bu Carolina, Sales Manager Zai and Ibu Kadek Yuniarti.

Highly recommend Bali Paragon Resort Hotel. The location is prime and health protocol applied upon your arrival.
The room is clean and well maintenance. We've got room with pool access with beautiful ambience.
The staff are friendly and attentive including Security, Front Desk and Housekeeping.
Special thanks to Dika who recommends this hotel to our family. He is an asset of the Resort, he always make sure that our stay is great (room cleanliness and amenities well prepared, nothing to complain about it).
And special thanks to Darma at Front Desk who always helpful and accommodate our request of late check out service.
