Must go-to place in Udaipur. You feel like a maharaja when you enter the place. There's much to do in the city palace like the museum and the vintage car museum. But it closes by 5pm so you should plan accordingly.

City Palace of Udaipur is beautiful and amazing aesthetics. The only con is the price of the ticket which is 250 for Indians too and extra 250 for the camera. SO it's very costly but worth visiting.

It is really fanatastic. lot to see inside. nearly all the Mewar Maharanas have contributed in building this palace therefore transition over long period is clearly visible.
The palace is on lake pichola but surrounded by very crowdy narrow street so better not to take your car there. Although enough parking space is available.
It takes at least 3 hours to visit the palace. For going to lake side has seperate ticket but worth going. very beautiful views from boat ride as well as from garden.
Must visit place.
