“Interesting area, but have to overlook/ignore the trash on the beach and all around.”

Reviewed 6 April 2018

This is certainly a very vibrant, picturesque, if smelly (fish stalls) and filthy, even for India, area.

The Vasco da Gama square is a lively place along the Fort Kochi beach. There are beautiful heritage buildings along this area. There are also some good eateries & cafes in this area. The beach is at walkable distance & a good place to spend the evening.
