After reading online reviews on TA and other portals, I decided to go ahead with this hotel. And now, after staying there last week, I have come to understand that online reviews should be taken with a pinch of salt.

Location - excellent! Bang in the middle of commercial Mangalore. Shops, malls, restaurants, bus and train stations - all close by.

Staff - very friendly and accommodating.

Rooms - poor! I had booked a superior room and was surprised to find the room tiny and poorly equipped. While the hotel says that all rooms have balconies, I would advise you not to open the same. 1)they face adjacent building and offer no great views. 2) They are rather dirty.

Bathroom - rather small, but I've seen smaller.

Housekeeping - poor! We had to ask them to clean! And once - we had to ask the hotel to clean again as the first round wasn't good enough.

Food - biggest drawback. No inhouse restaurant. They have a tiny cafe where breakfast is served only after 8 pm. Very small, very limited choices and all food prepared somewhere outside. They offer room service but with no inhouse restaurant, we did not want to try that.

Parking - very limited and difficult. The building is above a jewelry shop and the basement parking is shared. It is difficult to park and remove vehicles. Parking is free though.

Others - no bar, decent wi-fi, one elevator, no pool etc.

Room Tip: Not road facing - very noisy!

Looking at there fancy website with very few reviews on tripadvisor, we booked this hotel considering newly open. But to our suprise this came out to be the worst hotel ever i visited. The rooms are dirty with ants in all room. We asked for change in the room which took 1 day for them. Breakfast is the worst. Same menue for all 3 days. Horrible. Service is pathetic. It takes them 1 whole night to provide complimentary water bottles. Better avoid and travelling alone for 1 day than its fine as it is in city center. To my surprise they have put recommendation sticker of TripAdvisor on gate!!!

Just stayed here one night, hotel is good, rooms are small but clean. However, toilets are very small and cramped. The location is good and one can walk down to famous eateries in Mangalore. The flip side is once can't open the curtains of the window as privacy is lost due to adjacent buildings. The breakfast spread also was quite decent, though the cafe was really really small. Reasonably priced so good for a short stay.

Room Tip: Heart of the city and close to Mangalore railway station

Hotel is good for Stay however needs more professionalism.
Check in check out takes time.
Rooms are not large in size but probably at mid of the city, it can the best we can get.
Outside restaurant caters room service requirement, which is okay.
Rooms are fresh and lively. Hotel staff is eager to assist you .

Nice cosy hotel in the heart of the city ,rooms are a bit small and the bathroom smaller but very clean , friendly and very helpful staff , walking distance to many shopping areas , they need to add more dishes in the breakfast menu though.
