My husband and I visited the cafe on a rainy September afternoon this week. The place is cosy, and situated in one of the most scenic belts of the city on the way to the wonderful Muthodi forests. We also bumped into the owner Mr Gowda, if I am not wrong, who added to the hospitality and experience. The food we had was reasonably priced and tasted well. Kerala Parotas were especially good. Coffee with jaggery absolutely smashing. However some items on the menu had to be ordered for more people, to be made. Given the rains and the weather, it seems understandable.
We had a lazy lunch and stayed around for an hour plus. Would have loved to explore more of the rain had stopped. The place definitely does deserve a estate homestay. Back to the cafe, very enjoyable, do visit
