Nice little family hotel - located in Temisgam, a village just 4km out of Nurla and main HW1 to Leh - peaceful location and garden - lot of walks in the valley and villages - large room with view on the monastery and surrounding mountains - great welcome - good food and delicious breakfast - to be recommended

Had a stay at Namra hotel last week. Location is good. But problems are many. Electricity problem is the major issue. They start generator only at night. Food was average. When asked for bread, they said that only local bread called khambir is available. Staff tried to serve whatever was possible. Try for Apricot Tree at Nurla.

Dear Divyakant Meva,

We really appreciate for your feedback. We will try our best to serve you better next time. Yes we only serve Local bread called khambir as we try our guest to serve organic food. Our hotel is more like a traditional hotel.

Thanks & Regards

Located off highway a little uphill in a remote place adjustment to mountains , the view was truly mesmerising. The rooms were very ok in style with mostly bed & walls and a bathroom , very basic. But the service was exceptional- both at the restaurant & outside near the fire place in the night . We had asked for a paid bonfire that night(2 degrees) which they had very beautifully set outside and also gave us butler till late night with all the arrangements we asked for . It was a one night stay and were very impressed with it along with tasty food .

Most people do not know about Tingmosgang. Fewer still can spell it. But that doesn't matter because if you choose this village as your pit-stop in the Leh-Lamayuru stretch you will have the best time thanks to Namra's exquisite resort in this place.

You can choose tents or a well appointed hotel. Staff is impeccable. Food is authentic Ladakhi. There are monasteries all around. Nature is is wild abundance. Walking trails are aplenty. The energy of the place is astounding. And the night sky is the best we have seen. Put Namra on your itinerary!

Room Tip: All rooms are great

We stayed here last year in July 2015..situated in a very small village called Temisgam..Its like a hidden traesure in the middle of nowhere. We chose to stay in the camp amidst greenery surrounded by mountains next to flowing water stream which was really soothing. The tents were all high-quality, clean and had attached private bathrooms....pretty amazing for a tent! The staff were all incredibly helpfu. We had bonfire at night..the foods were pretty amazing even..providing all kinds of food be it english or ladakhi or Indian.Overall we had a great stay over here will be recommending to other people as well.
