What strikes one first on entering is the very inviting and cheerful ambiance of AMBIANCE! The huge space is pleasantly divided up into more intimate areas, each focused on a different cuisine! The Italian is the best , but if in your group some one wants X and someone else wants Y, this is THE PLACE! Great choice between many chiefs and national dishes !
The staff is polite and helpful!
GO FOR IT!

Had gone for lunch on a public holiday. This was the second visit and was hoping the service would be better from the last time.
Noticeably it is a popular restaurant and even though we had reserved in advance got a table adjacent to the private dining room. Not a very good place to be seated.

From the start the task of getting the waiters attention became an ordeal. Water came on the backs of turtles and snails.
No one to talk our party towards what was on offer. To top it all the servers of the private dining room kept pushing us in our chairs while they catered to the private party while they passed by.
Anyway the food was usual spectra. Grills , basic sushi selection , pizza (not good especially the pepperoni) and pasta (okay) and a huge chinese selection (probably the best and most frequented ).
No snacks were served on table , which was fine since it was a buffet. But we have had different experiences in the other buffet restaurants in 5 star hotels.
Grills were decent but second helpings were a chore due to the crowd.
The indian selection wore a forlorn look and many of the items including the biryani were below par.
The desert selection had the regular cakes , mousse and tarts and ice cream.
Apple strudel was being served but they ran out of it halfway through our meals and we couldn't get any . Was replaced by a different item.
I would seriously suggest a revamp as this is pales in comparison to other large buffets.
The best dish was italian and it was meat in tomato sauce.Chefs at that station were duly complimented .
Back to the service. Well you could notice the stress on the waiters faces. They were not rude but were trying to put up a brave face. Obviously the captains who run this restaurant don't know how to manage their covers.
Even the cheque took its own time and was incorrect and had to be changed.
I pity those who were paying full price as we were on a 1+1 deal.
However next time whether we get a free meal or not we would be giving this a miss.
Too many better options in NCR these days
