The Hilton ticks all the right boxes me and my new wife couldn't fault it.
Hotel- (we stayed in the old part) 3 great restaurants with loads of great food to choose from
(New part was fantastic too but we found it was a better atmosphere in the old part)
Pools- were fantastic cleaned every night and warm also.
Staff- made the holiday that more special bar and restaurant staff were fantastic couldn't do enough for you (Reda) our favourite waiter find him he's the best, the Animation team were fantastic organising activities all day and night had a great time with (Shimma, Sam, Adriano, Duffy) with all the daily activities from darts, water polo, football and water aerobics great team they were.
Beach- not very big but plenty of sun loungers as there's many levels to the beach and the sea was great would recommend some snorkelling as the fish were breath taking and so to was the coral reef.

We WILL be returning later on in the year maybe October time with our two children and we will also be bringing more family members as we thought the Hilton was that good we would recommend it to anyone to singletons down to families.

Great value for an All -inclusive resort so much to choose from.

I went on the 28th Feb for 7 nights, just wasn't long enough!!

Hotel has 2 sides, the old and the new, the new side is immaculate and has lovely pools and a few nice restaurants, however the old side has more atmosphere and a better animation team (Adriano especially). The old side Bedouin restaurant, although small and a little windy is the best restaurant and has the most gorgeous waiters you will ever see!! ;-)

You can use the restaurants on either side, the food is fine, you will always find something to eat however fussy you may be!

you can get a bus from old side to new but to be honest it only takes 5 minutes to walk.

The staff at the hotel are very friendly and polite, always willing to help and always smiling!

Reception staff, especially Sameh, was great. :-)

Room was fine, no bath, but did have a walk in shower, kept clean every day and had towel changed pretty much daily.

I would definitely go back and i would stay over the old side again, i'm sure the new side has beautiful rooms, however the old side is where it's at!!

Take a trip to Naama bay, you can get the bus from the hotel and it will take you there and pick you up, great for shopping and lots of restaurants.

overall i had a great holiday and would recommend!!

where do i begin having arrived everything on the whole seemed nice in our upgraded room for a charge of £7 gbp per night. Our room was perfect very clean and plenty of space and a view of the enormous pool from our balcony . The problems started at breakfast. Due to one of the restaraunts being closed in the old part of the hotel the sheer volume of people in the dining room was unbearable. Tables not being cleared after each person. crumbs and grime from previous sitting. No cleaning fluid to wipe down ,just brushed off with the waiters hands. One at least 3 occasions our table was reset and someone else sat at our table between courses due to waiting for eggs from the chief who looked like he wanted to be anywere else but there,a smile was out of the question.later in the week we saw him at the pool bar gobbing in the bin and scratching his privates without gloves then picking up chips and salad onto plates with chips out
of them, This was somthing i became acustom to chips in the cups plates and even the sweet dishes.fruit juices had been left to drain and had to ask several times to get them refilled. One the whole the food was poor not a large choice. we reported our complaints to the manager to which we got a late checkout as a bowl of fruit as a softner, the day after we were like vips they couldnt do enough this made us feel slightley uncomfortable as we didnt want special treatment we just wanted a more ideal service. as the week went on pretty much of the same no great change, the evening entertainment was awfull in all of the bars i dont think this hotel makes the grade unless you tip each and every member of staff as they only want your tips . we wont be goin back anytime soon . only grace was our trips out of the hotel arranged by sayeed who was 100% reliable and would recomend him to all.

Room Tip: older side hilly for the elderley, the new part flatter but the lifts not working all week

This hotel was fantastic for all age ranges! Swimming pools were amazing and absolutely huge! So much to do there and staff very helpful and friendly, especially Hamdi who worked at one of the pool bars. Food was quite good there and had a wide variety of selections. Rooms beautiful and clean, and the beds were unbelievably comfortable!! Staff came round the pools asking adults and children to take part in their pool games, or to ask if u want to book excursions etc. Entertainment was quite good, and SoHo square was just outside the hotel. I do not think its suitable to take young children here in the height of summer as it gets EXTREMELY hot to the point where it can be quite uncomfortable. Would definitely recommend this hotel, as it has its own private beach, multiple pools, friendly staff, clean room, good entertainment and the food quality was good. Loved it !!! Thanks to all who made out stay there so enjoyable !!

This is a nice hotel. Pretty grounds. Nice beach. Helpful staff. Close to Soho square which is a nice place to wander around on an evening but shops bars and restaurants are pricey here. The food is ok, nothing exceptional in the canteen on the new side. The Egyptian restraunt on the old side is really good. Pizzas in Italian are good. Breakfasts are good. The new side of the hotel hotel has no real atmosphere in the evenings, there is a bar with an outdoor area which is nice, but boring. The staff are really lovely though. AI is reasonably good value but a week here is long enough. Pool areas are lovely on the new side, we didn't like the crammed feeling round the pools on the old side. Better atmosphere on old side in the evening but the Karaeokee bar is like being at Butlins. Over all a pretty good holiday but won't be going back. Better food, choice, atmosphere in Naama Bay.

Room Tip: Rooms on new side are better than old side. Old side rooms are nearer the beach. Book a deluxe Hilton king if you want the new side. Ask for an upgrade, they'll Sometimes do this free if hotel is not full.
