not recommend at all. food -awful, old rooms, not clean, worst trip for last 10 years. it. seems to me that last renewal of rooms and territory of the hotel was around 12-15 years ago. generally sharm-el-sheikh looks very poor

This hotel shouldn't be rated more than 2 stars.
Very unprofessional staff with no managemnt to supervise.
More than half the hotel isnt working nor lightened.
called the hotel a day before arrival requesting king size bed and a baby cot, although i arrived at 6 pm ,i found a twin room with no baby cot
Food was terrible and cold with unprofessional staff working in the restaurant.they dont want to work at all and playing with their mobiles instead of serving guests.the hotel staff were eating with guests...
no hot water in room.
no ice maker on beach
jacuzzi pool not working.
the worst was whenever i wanted to complaint i asked for the hotel manager they told me he is called Hany Kadry and he is isn't here .i never seen him over my whole stay although i asked the reception guy to let him call me whenever he appears but regretfully with no response.
i wouldn't recommend this hotel at all ,with the same price you could stay in many other better hotels in sharm.

We planned a trip to Egypt because we really like the Red Sea, the most beautiful, every day it is different, you will not get bored there. After sifting through a lot of information "where the most beautiful reefs are in Sharm", we accordingly choose the hotel in the proximity to this place. The choice fell on Club el faraana reef.About the hotel-if you are traveling for the sake of the sea and diving and choosing among 4-5* hotels, this is it. The hotel was then in a state of renovation, some buildings were under repair and one of the pools also (the end of May - the beginning of June), but, of course, you will not notice this staying on the beach.Rooms are good, clean, with regular cleaning, neat, without problems in general. The hotel area is vast. It was a pity for me sometimes "to lose" time to get from the reception, from the restaurant to the beach)) If you are going on vacation with children, then access to the sea is also convenient - nice sand, a smooth descent into the water , fish - what else does a child need?)) For the Red Sea fans there is a little paradise. After a smooth sandy entrance a strip of coral reef begins, so you can swim over it to the depth during the tide. At the time of low tide it is 20 cm of water over the coral, difficult to swim, so you need to go with the masks and fins to the pontoon (one to the right, but to the left there is the pontoon of the neighboring hotel Reef Oasis, you can also use it and go to the depth). Don't forget slippers because it is very easy to get a burn when walking on the pontoon in the Egyptian heat. It is about 6-8 meters of water under pontoon, the most beauty is to the left of the pontoon Faraana reef, Reef Oasis to the next pontoon El fanar and beyond, there is a super beautiful fossa, a habitat of a large barracuda, they say Manta regularly appears there, but we were not lucky, we saw stingrays. To the left of the pontoon El Fanar, under the lighthouse, there is a strong current, it is necessary to make efforts to swim under fossa, so if you are not sure of your physical form and forces, it's better not to risk it, but it's worth it, of course, the spirit captures. There are very beautiful coral gardens and labyrinths between the pontoons El Fanar and Reef Oasis, if you carefully examine everything, then you can sit for a week in the water without going back to eat and sleep)). Directly opposite the Faraana reef beach there is a beautiful reef at a distance of 150 m to the sea, it can be seen from the shore, a speck of light on a blue background, we saw big moray there, 3 meters in length, very fat))) and squids, it is very interesting to watch them. The hotel staff is sooo friendly, always smiling, open, hospitable, speak Russian, English, Italian. Don't remember their names, but want to say personal "thank you" to all the staff for making our great mood every single day of our vacation))Breakfasts, lunches and dinners are held at three places - a restaurant near the reception, a grill restaurant with a sea view and near the pool with waves (feeling that you are sitting near the sea), it was a pleasant variety and a surprise every day, the staff always warns you where the lunch or dinner will be held. The most pleasant, of course, in the grill restaurant, so romantic, sea view from above is stunning, only the crows flying there could be a little "problem" - already accustomed to stole and eat meat from the dishes, but if you have a positive attitude, it's just entertaining. The kitchen was good, there was always a choice of fish and meat and chicken, and vegetables and fruits. In the evenings after dinner, we had entertainment - dancing, live sound, fire show, etc., you can stroll around the hotel territory, go to the Old Market, a new beautiful Mosque, go to a cafe or shopping. Near the Faraana reef, a new hotel Pick Albatros with huge slides was built, if you suddenly become bored swimming in the sea, you can visit this Aqua park))If you get acquainted with the manager of the hotel Rimon (hello from Belarus ;) ) you should know that he is reliable, very nice, honest, kind and decent man, if suddenly you have any problems, he will undoubtedly solve them quickly. I say from personal experience: was a problem with payment by card - Rimon personally dealt with the problem, was attentive, patient and competent. If you do not like or you find it difficult to go up and down the stairs, then perhaps you will have difficulties while relaxing in this hotel. The hotel is located on the rock - long staircase goes to the beach- and if you forgot to take something in your room, then you do not want to go back, because it's toooooooo hard in the heat, but you can pump up muscles while resting))) During our vacation it was a problem with shower on the beach, it was the only negative aspect, but Rimon promised us that soon the shower will work, and maybe it is already done, I hope so.I would like to go to this hotel again. I'll wait a little and go ahead))) have a good rest!
