ROOM: Our room was very clean and the cleaner was constantly checking up on us to see if we needed anything. Every morning we’d open the door to bottles of water left for us outside. When we’d go out for the day, we’d return to our room looking spotless. Our cleaner even made animals out of our towels and added rose petals on the bed which we thought was a lovely gesture. At no extra cost we’d booked a double superior room with a garden view. The room itself was very spacious including the bathroom which had a walk in shower. Miniature toiletries were included and a fridge full of drinks (alcoholic & non alcoholic drinks) for free… 10/10

HOTEL/STAFF: We couldn’t have been happier with the service we got the whole holiday. They’d always go above and beyond. Shout out to Emad!! (Please excuse if spelt wrong😅) I wasn’t well for a couple of days and he’d come and check on me, bringing with him herbal tea’s to make me feel better. We were always asked if we wanted more drinks, in the hotel restaurants and by the pool areas. All staff were so friendly and we always felt really looked after.

There are also some shops on the complex including a pharmacy , clinic, oil / perfume shop , souvenirs , T-shirts & shoes and a Shisha bar. Just be aware that nothing has a set price to be prepared to haggle prices!!! They try charging ridiculous amounts so stand your ground. We got charged €24 for tablets that we can buy at home from the UK for less than £3🥲but I was very ill and needed them at the time.

FOOD/DRINKS: The food from the hotel buffet was mediocre.. there wasn’t a lot to choose from (talking from experience with other all inclusive hotels). Each night was a different theme including Italian, Mexican, Oriental , Far East , BBQ etc.. however, most dishes stayed the same each night. For example, if the theme was Italian, they’d add meatballs but all other dishes would be the same as other nights. (No pizza unfortunately #🥺… )
On the other hand, the A La Carte restaurants were yummyyy!! You get to choose 3/5 restaurants for free so, we chose Italian, Asian & Mexican (which was our personal favourite!!) Some of the A La Carte restaurants are in the sister hotel opposite so just double check with reception if unsure where to go.

Our only complaint about the whole holiday is the fact you are BOMBARDED with men trying to sell you excursions , massages , body oils etc. It definitely got us frustrated but we later discovered there’s an option to get ‘do not disturb’ tags which we didn’t know about until 3 days before flying home lol.

❗️DON’T GET YOUR HAIR DONE AT THE HOTEL SALON!!❗️
I bought into the dream of getting a full head of highlights done in the hotel salon for £55 to later massively regret as they completely ruined my hair🫠 I ended up with uneven and unblended highlights, over bleached patches and lost a lot of hair :( if I can include pictures, I will.

Nice rooms, clean and spacious. The garden is nice. The only, very little, negative thing is going up the hill to the restaurant. Where the food is good and plentyfull. If you see the other massive hotels Serenity is is relatively small hotel

Everything was perfect, staff was extremely friendly, our guide was very kind and helpful at all hours, food was great, the beach view was insane, its the best place for snorkeling, the rooms were very clean and the view from the room was incredible.
