The staff are extremely professional and want you to have the best possible stay whilst in Egypt. However something in the water didn't agree with me so I advise taking medication for an upset tummy. However this is not the fault of the hotel as this happened to all the groups I spoke to on the flight home, who were all in different accommodation types.
If you want a sea view you need to book into the sister hotel next door, the Arabia, as all the rooms face the central pool.
The rooms are lovely and have private balconies or patios and air con which is very important in summer. The tv had a few english speaking channels too which was nice,
The food was yummy and you can visit the private beach and marina restaurant at the Arabia next door.
I would advise not drinking the juices or water from the dispensers though. Just have bottled stuff.More
