Hotel services are very bad.
Receptionist agent is not helpful at all
Foods are very bad and not diverse at all
Restaurant is very bad and cats are standing on the tables
Hotel rooms are very very bad, it is very small size, air condition and flows not working and bathrooms not clean and non-humanely
Beach is not cleaned and bad.
Hotel Pools and Drinking Bars are well.
Animation teams are very well and have more activities.
Overall, You will not have good services which equal money paid to spend your vacation

Please do your self a favour and DONT booke this hotel!! In the last 1 year, the hotel has gone from accapteble to realy bad. They are not cleaning and are not even changing the bed sheets before next guest!!! We change rooms 3 times. In 2 of them, the beds have been used and not changed - just made.
There was ants in the room we had last. And after 4 days we moved to the nabour hotel Tree Corner Royal. It is the some owner - but a total different hotel. That was realy nice.
But this hotel needs to close and have a total renovation (and cleaning staff..)

Room Tip: Find a different hotel!!

Thank you very much for the beautiful environment ... family hotel, amazing beach, friendly staff.
We are highly recommended, this year we have been to this hotel for the second time and we will be glad to return next year. Beautiful snorkeling right on the beach coral reefs.

I enjoyed my stay and the staff were on the whole very helpful, the hotel catered mostly for locals but that didn't stop me from interacting with people the room was near the beach and was regularly cleaned, water was provided every day. the food was nice although I did get a tummy upset a couple of times, not sure the reason as to why. There are local shops where you can buy things and some nice cafes there was also some night life close by. To sum up if you are looking immerse yourself with the locals I would recommend this hotel.

Spent three days at this poor filthy hotel. Plates at breakfast 70% chipped. Drinks served in plastic disposable cups. Food quality extremely poor with no effort at all. Rooms had hardly any renovation in years. In fact the whole hotel clearly has had little renovation for May years. The photos are old as can be seen from the clothing worn. Being an experienced worldwide traveller I can tolerate most things but this hotel is and was a total disappointment. My only advice is to stay clear. It's in a run down part of Hurghada about three mile from the main town and the place to be. The swimming pool water was tinged green and was closed. The seat in the dining area were damp due to the locals wearing clothing into the sea then using the seats. The staff did the best they could but let down by the lack of investment over the years from the management. I would not recommend this place to any European. I wished I had read fully other reports from European.
