I never seen bad hotel management like this hotel , i booked for 2 nights and i checked in at 5pm in first day because they didn't finish the rooms services ..
And when i complained they said that w cant do any thing ..
Really disappointment from the management and hotel service.

Stayed: June 2017
Thank Kareem S

I stayed for 3 nights during the month of Ramadan. The room overlooked the Canal which was a great view, but the room itself smelled bad because of the moquette (carpet) that needs cleaning, the beds were small and the furniture was old, in fact the whole hotel was dated and needs renovation badly. The staff were friendly and the food was good. The swimming pool was good but the children pool was closed for some unknown reason.

Room Tip: room 1219 overlooks the canal

We visited Port Said at mid of April... we booked a triple room and the room was specious and clean...The room had a sea view...room provided with mini bar.. kettle... bathroom is comfortable and provided with bathtub...
Hotel staff & Housekeeping are friendly..
The only thing that bothered me that the access to the sea from the hotel was closed and I had to go out of the hotel to reach to the sea... I attached images to show room view...

Unfriendly personal, old structures, very dirty rooms and services available only on brochure (working wifi, gym, etc):
some other info needed in order to understand the conditions of the stay in this place?

Room Tip: The hell has an adress...

Due to really bad Management having no plans to improve it and make it the best property to stay at, the rather good hotel is becoming a poor place to stay. The location is excellent but for the Management's policies it is lacking. If they really want to improve, they can but quiet strangely, they are apparently happy with how it is.

Room Tip: Don't choose this hotel if you have option to stay at Cairo -at much better hotels at same price
