Professional staff, beautiful, view of Kvarner Bay, amazing breakfast hall. The swimming pool is not as big as it looks on booking pictures (not important for summer holidays at all). I would definitely go there again when I am in Opatija.

Room Tip: Seaside view rooms

We had a very pleasant stay , the whole crew is very friendly ( the reception , restaurant and spa ) helpful and polite. The food comes in buffet which change every day. The taste is very good and all is fresh .The people from the spa are kind and friendly ...there are 2 levels in the spa , one is for free and one you have to pay €12 ,00 but there are bubble baths and saunas and nice big beds where you can relax ..The ladies of the massages are very friendly and they know what they are doing...The rooms , we had superieur room with seaview and balcony are clean and fresh....so conclusion...a very nice hotel with an amazing view , where the crew is still friendly and kind , yes we will come back here for sure.
Parking € 16 a day.

This hotel is a classic beauty with clean, modern, updated rooms. The view of Kvarner Bay is so rewarding - you feel so peaceful just looking out at the beautiful surrounding. The staff were very helpful, the food delicious, and the walk along the bay was perfect. Wish I lived closer - I would come again!

Room Tip: ask for a room with a view of the bay!

Hotel Milenij overlooks the Kvarner Bay in the beautiful and historic resort town of Opatija. This luxurious and majestic hotel harkens back the tranquil resort days of Hapsburg grandeur. Our room was large and warmly welcoming with a magnificent French balcony to let in the sea air. (Locals say that Opatija has the most healthy air on the planet, so "Don't forget to breathe" while visiting!) The king sized bed had a marvelously comfortable mattress bracketed by marble night end stands. The room also had patterned wooden flooring, 50" flatscreen TV, free Wi-Fi, mini-bar, safe, and good sized closet space with adjoining shelving storage. The bathroom was large with marble countertop and walls; also a large walk in shower with huge rain-head fixture in addition to a hand wand. The towel warmer rack was a welcome aspect. On-site amenities included shops, a luxurious restaurant with open air terrace, a cafe, lobby bar, and swimming pools and spa areas.
One not-so-favorite and unfortunate aspect of the location was the night club directly across the street that blared music into the wee hours of the morning. Fortunately our room was not facing the night club, and while we could still hear the music into the night it was not the detraction and negative impact to us that it was to unfortunate guests with rooms closer to or facing the night club. We would recommend requesting a room not facing the street.

Room Tip: Request a room NOT facing the street as a night club directly across the street can disrupt a good night's rest.
