I am pissed off. After talking to an aviatur agent who assured me that, although the reservations for the dates I was considering were not yet open, my friends and I would be able to visit the park, I bought my plane tickets to Santa Marta with the only purpose of finally visiting this beautiful park. The agent suggested I wrote an email to them and called back a moth after to check for openings (not being able to tell me when exactly I c should be able to make the reservations). After a few weeks, I called again, and they told me the same story, to wait but not to worry. Well, today, they told me the same thing, as I received an email (after a month) at the very same time informing me that the park will be closed all of November 2015. I have not been able to find this information on the web, and the agents I spoke to on the phone did not have it either. Because of their incompetence, lack of transparency and efficiency, and their poor quality services, I am now stuck with plane tickets (and my friends as well, who are coming all the way across the Atlantic for this) and my dream of visiting Tayrona will remain a dream. I cannot trust this company. Thanks for nothing.
