I am a regular visitor to Ningbo and have been very loyal to the Sheraton. Not only because I am a SPG member but it is the professional and “feeling-like-home” service I received in the hotel, particularly at the executive lounge.
It appears to me that the fast growing economy like China, it is a challenge for the hotel industry to keep their employees. It is no difference at the Sheraton. However, I saw some good staff, used to work in the executive lounge, have been assigned job at the Front Desk, as the coffee shop so to lead an less experienced team. This credit has to go to Susie, the manager at the executive lounge, who has led and developed a very smart team. Her professionalism to deal with the hotel guests is something keeping me there.More
