liked the room. it was clean and had a comfy big bed. good location close to shopping malls and banks. did not try the food. good service and at least one english speaker. no complaints. attatched pics of view from window.

Checking in was kind of difficult staff did not really speak english and made mistakes in calculating total room charge also kind of weird to ask for more money for a free upgrade and to hold a deposit with the room charge payment in the same bill, unprofessional. The room is nice but the mattress very soft hurts my back , not much around the hotel as the Breakfeast was inedible got desperate for something else.
Overall an ok stay but next time i rather stay in the nearby Interconti

I booked this place on one of the searching internet sites that rated it very well. The price seemed comparatively low but 2 nights was all I needed and there to work. What a pleasant surprise. Great service, and a really top end place to stay with excellent facilities. Great breakfast restaurant catering for worldwide tastes. I may need to go back to that city in the future and will definitely be staying there whether for holiday or business. It was less expensive than any basic motel in Auckland yet seemed pretty damned close to a marble clad 5 star hotel.
